Roy Brett Takeover at Wright Brothers
Wright Brothers is delighted to announce that Roy Brett, head chef at the critically acclaimed Ondine, will be taking over their kitchen for London Seafood Festival on Wednesday 12th.
One of the leading figures in Scotland’s food revolution, Roy cut his teeth at some top seafood restaurants including Le Caprice and Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant in Cornwall before going on to open Ondine in his home-town of Edinburgh in 2009. Ondine has since earned Roy a string of awards including Chef of the Year and AA Restaurant of the Year and was the first independent restaurant in Scotland to have MSC certification for sustainable sourcing.
Roy will cook a 5-course seafood celebration on the evening for £45, or £75 with wine pairing. Tables are available from 6 – 9pm, up to 6 guests per table. Bookings to be made through Wright Brothers directly. To book online, please make a note in ‘add a special request’ if you would like the wine pairing.
