Tapas Brindisa bring the flavours of the North of Spain to Battersea for London Seafood Festival this summer with this intimate dining experience.
m the comfort of Tapas Brindisa's beautiful private dining room, you will have the chance to peer into the Home Kitchen and watch Head Chef Yago bring the seafood flavours of the North of Spain to life. With dishes from Galicia and the Basque Country, this 5-course menu is a celebration of fresh seafood, bold flavours and the culinary history of the region.
During this dinner, Head Chef Yago will demonstrate how to make Pulpo a La Gallega. The menu will be paired with the excellent Basque Txacoli Wine.
