Discovering Seafood Flavours from the North of Spain: Empanada Gallega

Tapas Brindisa bring the flavours of the North of Spain to Battersea for London Seafood Festival this summer with this intimate dining experience.

From the comfort of Tapas Brindisa's beautiful private dining room, you will have the chance to peer into the Home Kitchen and watch Head Chef Yago bring the seafood flavours of the North of Spain to life. With dishes from Galicia and the Basque Country, this 5-course menu is a celebration of fresh seafood, bold flavours and the culinary history of the region.

 

During this dinner, Head Chef Yago will demonstrate how to make Empanada Gallega. The menu will be paired with Asturian Cider, which will be poured in the traditional way - holding the bottle high above the head with one hand and the glass in your other hand at your knees - an art in and of itself!

• Smoked Nardin Anchovies, with Navarrico Peaches and La Bauma Goat Cheese

• Cockles and Salsa Verde

• Pulpo A La Gallega
