Pierre Koffmann Menu
On Wednesday 20 June, Francesco Mazzei will be cooking up a seafood storm at Fiume over the inaugural London Seafood Festival. The legendary Pierre Koffmann, his dear friend has offered his recipe - a French classic of Grilled lobster with béarnaise sauce (£26.50) a special for the evening while Mazzei will be combining some of Scotland and Calabria’s finest ingredients; Scottish scallops with ‘nduja and salsa verde (£16.50).
